Shipments in the Benelux are handled through Byondo and in the rest of the world through FedEx. For any inquiries regarding your package and delivery status, please contact Byondo or FedEx using the provided tracking information.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international shipments upon arrival in the destination country.
RETURNS
Items purchased on stennjewelry.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing parts will be considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Upon receiving your returned items, we will conduct a thorough inspection before processing any refunds or exchanges. Items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without a refund.
