REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, either to the purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund, except in cases of faulty items. If your order was delivered within the EU, any applicable sales taxes will be refunded. For orders delivered outside the EU, please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please be aware that refunds to your card may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on their procedures. Processing times can vary significantly among different card issuers, and unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect. 

 

EXCHANGES 

If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, we offer complimentary shipping for your replacement order, exclusively within the EU. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the item. To return an incorrect or damaged item, please follow our return policy and reach out to us at support@stennjewelry.com for assistance. We reserve the right to decline any request for a return, exchange, or repair.
