SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
If the purchased item is in stock, we ship within 1-3 working days. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you about the estimated production and delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the expected delivery time and tracking information.
Shipments are handled through DHL Express. For any inquiries regarding your package and delivery status, please contact DHL Express using the provided tracking information.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international shipments upon arrival in the destination country.
RETURNS
Items purchased on stennjewelry.com can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing parts will be considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Upon receiving your returned items, we will conduct a thorough inspection before processing any refunds or exchanges. Items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without a refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, either to the purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund, except in cases of faulty items. If your order was delivered within the EU, any applicable sales taxes will be refunded. For orders delivered outside the EU, please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please be aware that refunds to your card may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on their procedures. Processing times can vary significantly among different card issuers, and unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, we offer complimentary shipping for your replacement order, exclusively within the EU. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the item.

We reserve the right to decline any request for a return, exchange, or repair.
